Who is this for?
I first filmed this video for my 70 year old mom. She was having trouble with her knees. Stiff, sore, and painful. Especially after she had been sitting a while and needed to get up and move. But she didn’t know what was safe or where to start. So I made this very basic but effective follow along program that she can do every day to keep her knees limber and strong.

What equipment do I need?
A stretch strap is all that is needed. I recommend a dog leash, belt or rope. A towel will even do!Ā
