Consistency
One of the biggest errors made with plyometric training is that people just don't practice them enough. This 4 week program is a foolproof way to actually do the work and get the reps in so you will see and feel results!

Accountability
It's hard to force a new habit on yourself. If you are new to plyometrics, having a program like this that only takes 10-20 minutes of your day a few times a week is a sustainable way to make the necessary changes to get better at a new skill!
