What People Are Saying:

I just feel like a light has been turned on in my brain, honestly -- feels like so many pieces just click together and make sense now. I'm starting to notice subtle habits I have and start to correct them. when I started trying to breathe intentionally and thoughtfully and engage my pelvic floor and core according to how Jill taught us, I noticed that my chronic jaw pain decreased. That was quite the unexpected and happy shock. That being said this seminar is expansive! You will learn more in even just 1 week of the Diastasis Seminar from Jill than you could possibly figure out on your own! And, it will be clearly and thoughtfully explained in a way you can actually apply in your own body and life, and immediately see the impact.

Virginia Q

I have never heard things presented/explained so thoroughly and clearly. Jill is a great teacher and it's obvious that she put a lot of work into this. It was extremely helpful and yet also frustrating- I wish I understood some of this YEARS ago! Although I am a fitness professional, I took this class for me. Having 2 c- sections ( kids 16 & 14) and a very athletic but busy life, I pretty much gave up trying to “fix” myself as there was so little (good)info available. I just avoided front loaded abdominal exercises, or did my best to push through for the sake of working out. I appreciated your instruction this week about regression and all your education regarding the “why”. I know that I have a lot of work to do. I feel like there is hope for improvement!
