With one-on-one guidance and App support, you've found a safe place to put in the work needed to finally feel results. I'll teach you how to:

- Become self aware of your patterns and learn how to self-correct
- Get more out of your exercise program
Save time with a custom approach.
PERK #1
Immerse yourself in a 60 minute 1:1 virtual assessment with Jill Zimmerman, DPT. You’ll learn where to focus your efforts straight away for the most immediate change while developing a plan moving forward.
PERK #2
Download Jills App. This App will be your rehab and fitness resource and the foundation of your custom programming. Jill will provide 2 weeks of programing, pointing you in the right direction of which parts of the App are most suited for you based on your assessment.
PERK #3
Follow up virtual call. After 2 weeks of working on your specific exercise plan, a follow up call with Jill will make sure you are on the right track! We will clean up what you have been working on and offer adjustments, modifications and progressions needed to keep pushing forward.
PERK #4
Jill will provide an additional 4 week exercise plan using her App to target your body's specific needs. Feel free to email her with any questions you have throughout this next phase.
